I’m Miranda, a mama, Youtuber, gluten free home cook and many other things - with a passion for low tox gardening, soil health and simple home and family habits.
I wanted to use my modest backyard to grow whatever I could - and it was a small start with a single dried chilli - the seeds of which I planted all over the place - and suddenly, 20 or more plants which actually gave us food.
