Brand New For 2024
I have been on this planet for over sixty years and can't count the number of fish and chips meals I've enjoyed. My mission is to help preserve the traditional chippies and raise awareness about their decline. I plan to travel around the country, visiting different fish and chip shops, sampling their fare, and providing my reviews. I also hope to visit fishing villages and fish markets where chippies get their stock and to also speak with professionals in the business about all aspects of the traditional fish and chip shop.
