Welcome to my channel.
This channel is all about sharing my personal journey of fitness and health. I am currently at my heaviest weight of 90 kg. For past many years I have been on this mission to lose weight but with little guidance and impatience, I fell trap to all fad diets and short cuts which actually did more harm than good. This time its different because I will be following a more sustainable approach, which will consist of proper strength training and quantified nutrition diet. I have an online coach who will prepare my meal plan and exercise routine and will keep check on me. I know this transformation will take longer time than those fad diets results but this time I am in for longer game.
To make this journey even more special, I have decided to document it and share with all the like minded people who are going through same journey or need little encouragement to start their own.
