Motherhood is tough. It's different for everyone but no matter how you slice it, it's work - work that can be hard and exhausting, and at times shortchanged. What I want to share with you are the steps I've taken that not only make me much happier, more content, more capable, and more effective as a mom, but also help tremendously with my children's happiness - their emotional stability and development. This is for all of those women out there who feel like they want a happier life and an easier path to navigate in motherhood. For the women who want their children to be happy and fulfilled while they raise them. And for all of you who seek moments of pause amidst the chaos wherein you can recharge your batteries, remember why you do what you do, and come back to that feeling fully equipped to tackle whatever comes next.
