Error of Verbal Phrasal Verb
takes after means resembles
Correct: The boy takes after his father.
(c) Numair with his friends were caught.
Error of Subject Verb Agreement
In this sentence the Subject is Numair that is singular so were is wrong
Correct: Numair with his friends was caught.
(d) I have complete my homework just now.
Error is in verb. The sentence is present perfect. So the past participle (3rd) form of verb should be used

(e) It was just the crowded time of the day.

Correct: It was just the busiest time of the day.
Best of Luck
