The main objective of this channel is to give a voice to underrated and underappreciated cuisine from the Minority groups. Specially from Srilanka.
Hi my name is Ruzaina Hadgie, having been a flight attendant for Srilankan airlines for over 8 years. I used to enjoy eating and tasting food from around the globe. Born in Kuwait to Srilankan parents with Malaysian roots and have experienced tasting and eating food from around the world has definitely left a mark in my cooking.
Now based in U.A.E i will be sharing delicious recipes that has been passed down from generations and to give prominence to food from my community and other Minority groups.
