I’m makeup artist and esthetician that has also become a health and lifestyle coach. I am obsessed with helping other women feel beautiful from every angle. I have learned over the last 10 years, that to feel comfortable in my own skin I needed to take care of my body. To move, to fuel it with proper foods, to be kind and patient with myself. Not to just expect instant gratification. I am mother of two kiddos and have been married for 17 years.

I lost 40 lbs after my son was born and have continually stayed on the path of health and fitness. I also love fashion and beauty. Being able to fit into all the clothes in my closet is always my goal.
