Starting Over with Adventure! Inspiring videos to get you out of your comfort zone. I used to live in fear. But I’m breaking free and exploring my world on bike tours, hikes and other adventures. As a woman in my 40s, solo travel, cycle touring or backpacking can be intimidating. Fear be damned, I’m getting out there and I hope you come along for the ride.
