About me: I'm an American social worker and psychotherapist with a PhD in philosophy. I specialize in providing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to underserved and undervalued communities. I have years of experience serving DC residents who are facing homelessness, poverty, substance use issues, chronic medical conditions, and the effects of trauma. I have been living in Finland for about a year and I'm excited to use my skills to benefit the diverse immigrant community here.
