Who's ready to see the firepit & raised concrete garden area I created in my backyard!? I built huge benches out of simple 2x4s that look high end. I recoated the planter 5 TIMES to get it right. Why havenāt I published a video in two months!? Wellā¦ if you donāt know, the last couple years I have been working my butt off renovating a lakehouse almost entirely by myself. At the end of November when I finished the hollow core door makeover, I was finally done! A wave of fatigue and burnout washed over meā¦and I was not prepared for it. I didnāt feel burnt out until the holidays approached, I slowed down, and I realized I seriously needed a break. Nobody can work all the time and these 12 minute videos do not adequately depict the countless hours of tedious, sometimes strenuous labor Iāve taken on to renovate the lakehouse. Itās super hard to stop publishing as a content creator; it feels like the more hours you work the more you gain traction, following, money, etc. Itās addicting. I also feel like Iām letting my core audience who enjoys watching every one of my videos down. I hope I havenāt let you down and that you are anxious and ready to see the whole lakehouse remodel revealed in one video! Itās edited to be pretty short so Iāve added a special q&a session at the end. The video drops THIS SUNDAY! Now - what questions do you have you want me to answer in the q&a?
