So it looks like I'm doing a wee thing tomorrow.
Can't wait and an early start at 8am run time. If you are in Glasgow or fancy coming to see us then please come down and cheer us on. Unfortunately no early trains at all đ¤Śââď¸ and limited to a Sunday service on the bus but Glasgow Subway is operating.
The Great Scottish Run is biggest one in Scotland with over 30,000 runners doing either 10km or the half marathon through the streets of Glasgow. I'll be taking my wee film crew with me ( by that I mean ...well..me and my camera gear lol) so hopefully I'll be sharing my experience with you all soon.

Well now that we are truly into the 'Ber' months let me first wish you all a happy Autumn/Fall
I was just thinking about the season ahead and wondered what your favourite thing to do in the Fall months were. For me it's a mix of cosy nights in and of course a little bit of feeling what the outdoors has to offer with the scenery getting its Autumnal jacket on.

It's quite a bit of history in the making with the grand opening of a new bridge happening in Glasgow this weekend.
It's called the 'Partick to Govan Bridge' and connects these communities and couldn't wait to have a look.
Its the big launch and it was party time on both sides of the crossing so hope you can check it out and let me what you all think of this feat of engineering.

Well I did a thing today...
The Paisley 10km race is in the bag well and truly - My Time was 1hr 21 mins which I am delighted with - NEW PB!!!
WHAT an event. The crowds were so special, the runners were amazing helping each other along and the sun shone all day. What could be better
Thank you for everybody supporting me. Onto the next adventure and challenge
