Annual Heritage Day Shipjack Race on the Choptank River . The race was called very early because of lack of wind power, but a good day of fellowship with other captains and crew and fans of these vessel. The Skipjack is a commercial sailboat that dredges for oysters under sail, the last of its kind in North Amerca.
