I'd like to add a note of my own. Different groups of Christians sometimes refer to outsiders by different terms that would be confusing for those they refer to. For instance, Catholics often call Christians that believe that the Bible is the only or first authority "Protestants", even though that also includes evangelicals, Pentecostals, and non-denominational Christians.
