just posted a video concluding my whole self-talk forgetful squirrel idea. just 13 minutes of me talking and looking at everything except where I was supposed to look.
hi friends! I'm planning two videos but there is so much construction noise around here, it would sound awful. Plus I get self-conscious when I think the construction crew might be listening. But I did buy a new lapel microphone, so that will be interesting. Anyway I just wanted to tell you I'm here and I'll get something uploaded eventually. One is a sketchbook flip-through from the point of view of the negative self talkers in my head, and the other is a little process video of the cut & fold booklet I just posted on instagram this week.
After today’s video, I ordered a little lapel microphone because man oh man the sound on that video was awful. But I did tell everyone not to watch it. I warned ya.
Do you prefer longer or shorter videos of visual arts like sketchbook flipthroughs or painting demonstrations? Not just mine, but what's your general preference on youtube?
I have an idea for a video talking about my next steps as a learning painter. However my voice is kind of iffy right now so I’m just taking notes and doing research and I’ll catch you when my voice is better. Maybe I’ll finish a sketchbook and will be able to bring my idea together with a flipthrough!
