Selene is a mysterious lady who lives in Richmond Wood. Few have met her, and many are scared of her. People say that sheâs a witch and that she likes to devour accidental visitors. Others say that she can read the future â which often shows her devouring accidental visitors. No matter the tale, the message is the same: Donât be an accidental visitor.
Coolman hasnât heard those stories. And he rarely visits the woods. So thereâs little chance, he will one day meet this mysterious woman. In fact, it would require some kind of a crazy incident that I just donât see happening to such a decent guy. But thatâs just me. You go ahead and make your own conclusions.

Kimmy Kalm is an astronaut from the spaceport in Castle Desert. Professional and friendly, she is the glue of the team â and when things go bad, sheâs an expert in martial arts. Her strong and slim figure bears witness to this expertise, but unlike Coolman and his colleagues, she carries few scars. She fights only when necessary, and she respects even her adversaries. A strange demeanor thinks Coolman, but perhaps she hurt her head as a child. Still, he likes her, for heâs a tolerant dude, isnât he? Oh well . . .

Killer is Coolmanâs beloved dog. And it has earned that name. Big as a mountain, and vicious as hell, it has helped Coolman on several missions. And Coolman loves his furry friend, even when it tears up the seats in his car. Or when it leaves interesting presents in the neighborsâ gardens. Hell, it even bit off the mailmanâs arm once, but luckily the doctors were able to reattach it, and Killer got a treat from Coolman for at least being progressive. The mailman is still a bit angry, but hey, shit happens.
Coolman couldnât imagine a life without Killer. So hopefully the dear beast will stay with him foreverâŚ

Heather Heartbreaker is an FBI chief, known for her ways around a gun and her high standards for her troops. In fact, her standards are so high that she often ends up handling the dirty work herself â like taking down a couple of drug dealers now and then when things go too slowly.
With this approach, sheâs the first G-man who earns Coolmanâs respect. And with her neat and polished outside â a dark-haired beauty ready for a stock photo shoot of women in the force â she also earns his gaze now and then, particularly when he finds out that a wild ember is lurking beneath it all.
But Coolman needs to be a bit careful. Heatherâs name didnât just come by accident.

Dynamite Daisy used to be a demolition expert. Now sheâs a politician, but still rather short-fused. She likes to be in charge. Sheâs pretty suspicious of everyone around her. And sheâs pretty tired of men like Coolman who run away because of her strength and strong opinions.
With long blond hair and freckles, she has long caught the attention of the joker, Bazooka Bill. But heâs way too stupid and irrational for her â at least thatâs what she keeps telling herself. But when Coolman and the team suddenly need her help to save Triggerland, things might finally get out of Dynamite Daisyâs control.
And she might finally enjoy that fact.

Coolman is an unbeatable policeman who uses any means to fight crime, potential crime, or sometimes just things that seem suspicious. He likes to practice his shooting from his balcony in Beam City, and heâs pretty sure the neighbors enjoy his proactive approach and his effort to stay sharp.
Coolman has thousands of enemies, but the biggest one might be himself, as some jesters like to postulate. When you hate the idea of thinking and talking and prefer to take action instead, the results may vary and a bomb might explode at the wrong time. Coolman handles this with a grin, but his superior at Beam City Police Station, the chief, doesnât.
Luckily, Coolman has Amanda to keep him down to earth. Unless sheâs drunk and makes everything worse. And he has good friends like Bazooka Bill who cheers him up with drugs and shootouts when things are too boring.
What an awesome life Coolman is having. And itâs good heâs able to stay so positive, when things go wrong and Triggerland needs saving â because it happens on a regular basis.
Thereâs only one thing that makes Coolman sad: thinking about a dear friend he once lost. This sad event is the only real threat that forces him to look in the mirror and see something different than the strong, red-headed action hero, he likes to see. It annoys him like hell, the distant voice that whispers he might need to think about his actions.
Coolmanâs name has always followed him. In fact, he looked so cool already at birth that his mother had no other choice but to put a pair of wayfarers on him and give him a denim diaper.

The chief is the head of Beam City Police Station. Showcasing a beautiful mustache and a mullet, this cool guy spends his day trying to control the crazy cops around him â and more importantly: prevent them from stealing his beloved doughnuts.
The chief is a warm fellow though, almost a father figure for most of his guys. When things go south, he protects his troops. Particularly so, when the frigging FBI tries to meddle with their affairs. And should a cop start to lose his mind, the chief is ready with some alternative drugs and therapy.
The chief is excellent friends with Coolman, even outside the station. Rumors say that they might even be related somehow and that the chief played an important part in Coolmanâs path to becoming the worldâs best cop.

Bob the Genius is an astronaut at the Castle Desert Spaceport. With thick glasses and a goatee, his appearance suits his personality as a nerdy technician, the only one capable of repairing advanced engineering equipment and estimating the possible outcome of a mission (which is often close to disaster). He is also fond of inventing stuff â sometimes too much. Letâs hope that he doesnât end up screwing up the space-time continuum at some pointâŚ
According to Bazooka Bill, Bob is not very cool. Bob lives in a barn with his mom and he doesnât like to party.
But at least Mom brings him cookies. She even lets him keep that inflatable doll, he has lying around for âscientific purposesâ.

Bella Betrayer is a silent, efficient astronaut working at a spaceport in Castle Desert. Her hair is dark and short and she carries the demeanor of a soldier. Always preoccupied with something practical, sheâs difficult to approach, but should one try to provoke her, sheâll ignite like a stick of dynamite.
She has a weird name, though, and even a cool guy like Coolman could get a bit suspicious about her true intentions.
