INCOMING..
- so here we are soon completing this year 8, in numerology and approaching 2025, which is a significant timeline (linear) in our collective evolution. Having talked and shared so much about this 'moment' within my work for the past decade, it brings us the question.. "what does this actually mean"!? Well.. it really will be different for each of us, dependant largely on our innerwork.. have we managed to accept ourselves, heal, and be prepared to question everything and grow beyond what our mind would allow?
🫣Maybe if we're truthful, the answer is no, not fully! More #surrender is needed!
..it's why I have given focus for more than 12 years in specifically helping people raise their vibration, (consciously shifting into new energy and what that REALLY means), sharing ancient wisdom, new vibration techniques, tools and offering through experienced mentoring and guidance, a whole new way of looking at life, energy & purpose, to help people get 'unstuck', step out of their 'own way', to become authentic leaders in their own lives, because this really matters now, the question really should be.. "have we each answered our call into self realisation, into who we are as energy & to own it?!"
My years of travel to work and live worldwide throughout this process has enabled me to continue to grow, evolve and learn through extrodinary life lessons, practices & soul contracts, but it has all led to creating freedom, (even when in one place or when times are tough, there have been many of them too)🙃🙂 knowing how to navigate it or how to surrender to it, have patience is one of lifes biggest challenges for each of us. So is 'seeing through' social media where people's lives 'look perfect', because its really about discernment.
Having been soulfully guided, inspired and literally 'taken' to places, always those that needed to be there have been, whilst working in very potent energy in UK, Greece (at the healing oracle), India & Sri Lanka, to also having a huge vision that incorporated creating sacred space to work online (in 2018), has given focus, kept me in reach to gather together, beyond time, space and the shenanigans of the global shifts, as the old paradigm breaks up.
This continues to be something within me, to hold safe, experienced space for people to really find themselves and learn how to sit within, gain their confidence to shine their light and BE who they truly are at soul level. None of this has been 'fluffy work' for sure, but it's been, and still is necessary for each of us to go internally for answers, to explore our extrodinary energy and life on a whole new view point.
- NOW we enter a new phase energetically, and also with the year 9 energy this I have already felt the 'gear change' with so much flowing in this direction of forward momentum, compassion and honouring ourselves together in many ways, and so, I look forward to leading some spaces again that help people to JUST BE, and through whatever they choose to see within, there is where their full potential, emerges, that gives them, through practice together their own lighted pathway to continue on.
With my continued trust in the journey, always BEing open to alignment in how & where I work, I recognise that alongside this rapid, and total recalibration of life change, that continues evolving in harmony with the frequency shifts of the collective energetic overall, is leading US to places, spaces and opportunities that we haven't yet even considered!
😘Side note.. since a profound vision on summer solstice 2019, of what was about to take place in the world, I did a conscious, rapid one month 'exit' from India, having been 'called' that many of us would be need to hold energy in the Western World, difficult but true!
- So, I returned to the UK, with the 2 bundles of joy #indiandogs that have helped me this past 6 years, as I felt called to hold my energy 'at home' UK, since I had that vision of what is occuring next in the world, for acsension. Still though we are travelling when and where called to be, but also working worldwide with the High Dimension Portal, the universe gave me some precious energy to work with and to explore it all with the 2 precious souls in this picture!
Life has been tough, for everyone, but it has also bought some incredible changes, as qe user in the reality of this CURRENT new paradigm (its not a location, but a mindset, way of resonance, living attuned to High Dimension living). We just have to be able to and choose to look within to discover what it means for each of us, as there is so much more to unravel now as we navigate the 'next chapter' of evolving, collectively working together to raise vibration.🙌

Resharing this post, because there is so much wisdom to be had from truly living this and it comes when we create balance.. observe life, more than being 'in it'. (Which we explore in the High Dimension®️ Awakened Healing Programme fully).
Even though sometimes we know life gives us a lot that can tip our balance in such a way its hard to get back in alignment, we also know that at other times we receive so much joy that we cannot ground for a while. It can be hard to maintain. The world 🌎 keeps revolving.
We do ALWAYS though, have opportunities in everyday to seek some peace, calm and nurturing, it requires only that we choose it. Choose ourselves.
This it seems is the real issue we have collectively, its not the external noise or distraction from oneself.

Update & current global energy..
Huge bunch of flowers received with love a few days ago, so vibrant and appriciated.. filling 2 vases giving this lovely colour pop throughout Chi and in my personal space.🙏🏻🫶🫂
It's been a vibrant few weeks too for several reasons, both amazingly light and of course the challenges we are all sent on our path, I choose to focus on the good 'given' moments, for me this has been spent in creation, which is as always for me special and also the precious family moments we have had, 3 generations of divine feminine, soul bonds that can never be broken! #LiveLifeFully
There is also much going on 'out there' in the world at the moment..
..and for the conscious souls, remember that the agenda ALWAYS wants & needs divide, so the problem can be CREATED in fear and low vibration, so 'they' are to be able to bring in the 'SOLUTION' that we would not other wise accept.. (which in current situation UK is to introduce a whole new level of policing, which needs a reason to be accepted!).. remember the huge 'prison camps' built a few years ago.. everyone asking why? ...
SO.. the best you can do is remain in light, don't allow segregation, or believe what is said and shown on main stream, the source in rarely authentic, but deliberately creates divide.. we are more in tune, than to follow this plan..
When your gut feels something isn't right or truth.. listen..👂to yourself, question if what you are hearing is true, where does the source of such violence come from.. what and who is the fuel.. and like wise for much of what is playing out at the moment..
We are approaching 2025 and the ramping up of agenda is everywhere, but so is the rise in 'us'.. conscious souls BEing in light, strong enough to have voice, not needing validation from any system, control or anything associated with fear.. we remain in light, love and will not be included in segregation!
Tomorrow is my Awakened Inner Circle which has been established since 2013 and always welcomes conscious souls to join and connect, support each other, discuss global changes, align to the new vibration and current energy, moon cycles and awareness, have space to have discussion where nothing is 'weird'..🙂

People are good.. at core level, but also we must not try to 'love and light' people and situations that cause intentional harm, or create unsafe situations, whether on a personal or a global scale. #speakup
- silence allows it to continue.
BEing real.. is also honest about lifes, reality..
We are living in times when people are in fear and do some awful things, intentionally and non intentionally, we also know we are ultimately 'oneness' on a spiritual level, but also that does not mean that everyone has the 'awakened awareness' (consciousness) to behave in a positive way for the collective, rather than just for themselves, personal gain.
The reality of BEing conscious is that WE are..
🫶 able to see truth, feel it more..
🫶 we are conscious that each souls own truth differs to awareness and consciousness.
🫶 that often intentional control, soul choices are out of ego and are because of fear, often learnt behaviour or conditioning.
🫶 we know that we must voice and speak our truth, as well as allow others their voice, and that to disagree, is okay.. but not to keep speaking when you can't be heard. #activelyparticipate
🫶 that we need to continue to create our own inner peace, in every moment that we can, choose internal soul work, healing and consciously transform our energy and challenges into something that helps us grow and creates expansion from the life experiences we encounter.
🫶 learn to accept triggers and trauma as part of our signposts to a greater potential healing, freedom of self and that we may need help to achieve this sometimes.
🫶 to be empathic but to have boundries
🫶 BEing kind, open and sacrificing ourselves for others must have limits, balance and ability to honour our own life, and value our presence as also important, here on the earth plain.
🫶 ..and its important to also find some JOY in life, in living out the physical aspects of touch, taste, experiences that we cannot achieve as just 'soul', its part of why we are here..
