Home made Khushboo dar biryani masala
for 10 kg biryani 🍲

✨Ingredients ✨
10 bay leaf
01 tbsp green elaichi (cardamom)
01 tsp long
02 PC netmak
01 flower jaivatri (mace)
01 tbsp soonf
02 PC long cinemon stick
02 tsp black pepper
06 star anise
16 PC bari ilaichi (black cardamom)
12 tsp zeera (white Cummins)
06 tsp dhania (whole coriander)
02 long peeper
Pinch of citric acid
Large pinch of salt

Dry roast for 2 minutes with medium flame and make coarsely powder.

Now, add 2 TSP long(cloves) and 20 green elaichi (cardamom)
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp kashmiri Lal mirch powder

Use:
For 1 kg biryani use 2 tbsp
Pink salt according taste

Store in airtight container for a year! Enjoy! 🥳

✨ Eid Special Recipe #1 ✨

Creamy Chicken Malai boti - Written Recipe🏆

Ingredients for Marination:

800 gram chicken
2 tbsp green chilli paste
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dhania zeere roast
1 tsp chilli flakes
Pinch of Ajwain
Marinate for 30 Mins ⏰

Method for Cooking:

-Add 2 tbsp oil
-Saute marinated chicken on high flame for 5 minutes then add 1 tsp dhania powder
- Add whisked, smooth 100 gram dahi & cook for 10 minutes
-Next, Add 100 gram cream, well smooth on low flame & cook for a further 10 mins.
-If more gravy is required at this point, add half cup milk
- 1/2 Tsp crushed black pepper & garam masala let it simmer for a minute.
⭐ Secret Tip: Add a pinch of Nutmeg for enhanced flavours.
-Garnish with hara dhania and fine chopped green chilli.

Fajita seasoning

1 TBSP chilli powder
2 TBSP peprica powder
3 TSP oregano
2 TSP garlic powder
2 TSP onion powder
1 TSP Cayenne pepper
1 TSP cumin powder
1 TSP salt powder
1 TSP salt
Mix all ingredients Fajita seasoning is ready
