Yesterday marked the completion of my 9th year covering Boxing on this channel. I can’t believe it! Time is just flying by, I guess it’s because I’ve had a lot of fun over the years.

I’m thankful for everybody who’s watched my videos , even the ones who comment negative things. This sport has given me some of my best friends on earth and taken me to places I’d never imagine going to like Japan.

The best has yet to come! Year #10 will be the best one yet and just like all the other years I’ll continue getting better. I moved to Las Vegas to get to the next level and that’s what will happen.

God Bless everyone who reads this! Remember to follow your dreams and never give up no matter how bad things may seem. 🥊🙏

I wanted to check the temperature of Boxing fans out there. What do you guys think about Angelo Leo fighting former world champion & his IBF Mandatory Tomoki Kameda next??? 🥊🇺🇸🇲🇽🇯🇵

I’d appreciate as much feedback as possible!

I’m part of Team Leo and I wanna help give the Boxing fans great fights. Angelo has fought 4 times in the last 9 months and is as real as they come. He’s one of y’all a real Boxing fan who wants to be in real fights.

Being realistic I know Angelo isn’t gonna get a unification next. Nick Ball is fighting Ronny Rios, Rafael Espinoza is fighting Robeisy Ramirez in a rematch and Rey Vargas has been ordered to fight Brandon Figueroa but who knows what’s really happening with Rey.

I think the Tomoki fight would be good for getting the great Boxing fans of Japan more aware of Angelo because we’d like to earn the Naoya Inoue fight. He’s probably the biggest name in the top 15 rankings.

If you don’t want us to fight Tomoki next then tell us who in the top 15 you think we should fight and why you’d want to see it . All comments are welcome!

Thank you guys for being part of team Angelo Leo 🙏🥊

Having the honor to be apart of training camp for Angelo Leo heading into the Venado Lopez fight was the most significant thing I’ve ever been apart of in Boxing. Everyone played such a huge role! Before I say any more, let me list the entire team so y’all know who I’m referring to when I speak about team Leo.

Angelo Leo (IBF Champion/Best Featherweight in the world)

Miguel Leo (One of the best trainers in Boxing)

Aziel Leo (Angelo 1-Year old son who kept us all sharp & alert)

Luis Chavez (Legendary trainer who should be in the Boxing Hall Of Fame)

Andrew Chavez (grandson of Luis, currently in training to follow in his grandfather footsteps to become a trainer)

Jonathan Balgame (strength & conditioning coach)

Joseph Macedo (6-0 Super Bantamweight Prospect, NABA Champion)

Kevin Piedrahita (9-2 Super featherweight prospect, beast from Colombia)

Jason Lugo (0-1 for now, soon to be a great story in Boxing with a more awkward style than Venado)

Jonathan Cortijo (One of my best friends & part of the film study team that watched countless hours of Venado Lopez)

Brendan Taylor (myself, part of the film study team)

This team is a brotherhood, it’s bigger than Boxing! We genuinely care for each other and that’s why everybody played their role perfectly. It’s why Angelo Leo produced something truly special that the Boxing fans will never forget.

We spent 5 weeks in Santa Fe, New Mexico training at 7,000+ feet elevation. The film Study sessions between me, Jony & Miguel Leo everyday were legendary even though it didn’t seem like it at the time. We watched Venado Lopez vs Joet Gonzalez like 50 times this camp and sometimes even in slow motion. It paid off with Angelo producing what will be the 2024 KO OF THE YEAR in Boxing!

Now Angelo Leo is a 2-Division world champion just like Johnny Tapia & Danny Romero were. He’s fought 4 times in the last 9 months and is easily the most active championship level fighter in Boxing. He’s 4-0, 3 KOS since he became a featherweight, he’s a REAL Boxer-Puncher at this weight.

I truly believe he’s the best featherweight in the world and we not ducking any smoke whatsoever. We’d love to prove it to the Boxing public vs all the best fighters at 126 such as Rafael Espinoza, Nick Ball, Rey Vargas, Stephen Fulton in a rematch, Bruce Carrington, Otabek Kholmatov & whoever else you wanna name. We definitely want Naoya Inoue when he decides to move up as well, that’s a fight I know Angelo will win. We know what we have with Angelo Leo and we look forward to giving the great Boxing fans more great fights and more unforgettable moments.

If you didn’t believe in Angelo Leo before the Venado Lopez fight now we hope you do. God Bless everyone who watched the fight and my content leading up to it. We all wish Venado Lopez a great recovery and wanna thank his team for giving Angelo an opportunity. Venado Lopez is a real warrior who’s shown great character in his Boxing career and he will be back!

Until then, stay tuned….AND THE NEW!!!

Ran into the newly crowned WBO Flyweight Champion Anthony Olascuaga in LA at the Terence Crawford fight the other day. I really respect this guy as a fighter, fought Kenshiro Teraji on extreme short notice and gave him one of the toughest fights of his career

He lost and then came back to become world champion in less than 10 fights. He’s a very exciting fighter, if you’ve never seen him fight them I’d advise you to Youtube some of his fights.

Check out my interview with him in the link below ⬇️

One of the coolest things that’s happened to me in Boxing this year was randomly meeting Larry Merchant at the Santa Monica Pier during the Crawford-Madrimov media workout.

He’s 93 and still going strong! Always have respect for the OGs in Boxing Media who paved the way for me and contributed great things to this sport we all love. HBO BOXING FOREVER!!!
