hi i’m laine! here’s a little about me and let me know what you want to see on here :)

skating facts⛸️:
1. skating since 6 years old and now i’m in my 20s
2. skated on a theater on ice team for 5 years middle-high school (got silver at nationals), skated on an intercollegiate skating team in college and now skate on an adult synchronized skating team and love it!
3. working on junior mif and intermediate fs tests (landed up to a 2x flip) - hoping to start ice dance and solo dance!
4. competed basic skills and ijs over the years
5. i am a coach and on ice videographer for skaters
6. i don’t jump doubles anymore - i like skating to music and spinning now
7. current skates are risport royal pro with coronation ace blades

non skating facts:
1. i have bachelors and masters in communications and media and minored in film and tv
2. i love women’s sports
3. i started posting on social media in 2020 on instagram with a mid-plus size thrifted clothing business then posted on tiktok and now i’m on youtube
4. i’ve wanted to be a youtuber since 2013 and have posted and privated a lot of my earlier stuff LOL
5. i’m chinese adopted, queer asexual, grew up jewish
6. my mission to show diversity on social media whether it’s myself or showing off aapi or bipoc small businesses and peers

what you can expect to see on here:
1. lots of skating shorts!!
2. Skating Beyond Stereotypes podcast episodes showcasing normal everyday diverse adult skaters from all different backgrounds, abilities, & body types
3. mid/plus size friendly outfit videos??
4. skating tutorials?? there’s a lot of people better than me with good tutorials already though!
5. lifestyle videos outside of skating being in my 20s??
