You can still get plenty of carbs for endurance training & racing without gluten! Rice, potatoes, quinoa and GF noodles or pasta are always great options! Many of these have plenty of sodium as well 👍🏻🏃🏼‍♀️

Without discipline, we can’t reach or health goals. Without discipline, we will not grow and become the people God desires us to be. Discipline is never fun, whether self-imposed or imposed by others due to our actions. It can even be painful. But it produces a HARVEST of peace, growth, godliness, and success. In your physical and spiritual pursuits, remember that discipline produces fruit….so it’s always worth it.

As someone who primarily coaches women for weight loss, I also know there is the side of society that can look at weight loss posts and tips as though it’s telling every woman they need to be a size 2. This is not the case! While body positivity is great, it’s also gone a bit far in our society to the point that being unhealthy is supposed to be acceptable and praiseworthy.

If a person is overweight but exercises and eats well and their labs look good, wonderful! But if extra weight is causing heart disease, diabetes, depression, high cholesterol, fatty liver, etc, then weight loss can help with all of these! Even a small amount can make a huge difference. Big or small doesn’t matter - it’s your long-term well-being that is most important ❤️
