What amount of money is worth giving up your soul for or giving up your values? What amount of money is worth jeopardizing your walk with Jesus Christ? Think about when Jesus walked the earth with His disciples and what they had to do to walk with Him. Jesus said we must deny ourselves. To be willing to give up everything to walk with Him. Are we willing to deny our fleshly desires and pick up our cross and follow the One who leads us to eternal salvation? We as a society have become complacent with the way the world is going. Matthew 7:23 Jesus says "And I will declare to them," I never knew you, depart from Me, you workers of lawlessness." Think of how followers of Jesus were persecuted and what they were willing to endure to follow Him. Knowing their salvation would be waiting for them in heaven. John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him," I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by Me." It is not time to be lukewarm or complacent. Ephesians 4:22-24 To put off your old self, which belongs to your former manner of life and is corrupt through deceitful desires, and to be renewed in the spirit of your minds, and to put on the new self, created after the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness.
