Amira first garnered attention in 2014 for her YouTube web series, New York Girls, a series that reflected her circle of friends: women searching for love while establishing their careers in the big apple. She continues releasing content on her channel, predominantly created for, and starring LGBTQ people of color. She has a particular talent for telling personal and emotional stories.
