- keep the new mod refreshing his MC so its 100% uptime (will get all the devi's and shakti's on my arse)
- buff from 18% -> 22%
- buff duration from 12 sec and 15 sec -> 18sec and 30sec (in line with a character like demersio)
- revert shine prism

so... the latest balance patch has finally hit all the other official servers

this balance patch is extremely good for the game, every support becoming hybrid helps immensely, especially for NA being a server that doesn't have a large end game player count
FP is finally solid again too, and has my utmost recommendation as a borderline selfish DPS~
when we see the changes on the 24th for challenge raid I can absolutely see DA being very good for all challenge content too
the direction the game is going is good... thank you...
and as usual~ more art wips over the past few weeks~ I've been re watching star trek discovery so just end up drawing the entire time while rewatching
