Day 5-6 of Navratri: Jai maa Katyayani. I dont feel any change any more. In these 2 days I lost 100 gms in total. To jo mujhe lag raha tha ki 9 din 5 kilo kam ho jayega wo ek bhram hi tha. My current expectation is 3 kgs in total. Abhi tak 2.5 kg lose ho gaya hai.
Mein aapko ek surprising chiz bata dun ki dupeher tak mera weight roz 600-750 gm kam ho jata hai, but by morning its' back. Is ka karan hai body apni energy ko conserve kar raha hai taki aur weight lose na ho, aur uske liye body apna metabolism dhima kar leta hai. Matlab basically mein AALSI feel karunga. Aur man karega ki jobhi kaam hai use baad me ya kal karun.
Agar aapko bhi aisa hi feel ho raha hai to aap agar koi bhi activity karein AALAS ke BAAWJOOD to aap EASILY WEIGHTLOSS kareinge. However mera aim nahin weightloss hence mein sirf GYAN de raha hoon.

Day 4 of Navratri : Lost only 150 gms today(Total 2.5 KGs in 3 days). Agar roz ki tarah 1 KG girta rehta tab problem ho jati, ye ruk gaya hai matlab I AM HEALTHY. Looks like most off the water weight is gone and so is the LATHARGINESS. Bohot hi energetic, light and positive feel ho raha hai. Bhookh abhi bhi lagti hai lekin Cravings 90% lose ho chuki hai. MANN ki gulami se Azadi mil rahi hai, instead of Mann telling me to eat I AM DECIDING WHEN TO EAT AND WHAT TO EAT.

Day 3 of Navratri : Lost another 1 KG even though I ate more last day. Aur aaj bhukh bhi nahin rag rahi hai. Aisa lag raha hai ki mein Bhookh-Khane ke cycle ko tod kar Azad ho chuka hoon. Akash me baadal ki tarah Halka feel ho raha hai.
Mera concentration bada hi powerful ho chuka jaise kisi Teer ki Nok. Iska use karke apne problems ko solve kar raha hoon.

Day 2 of Navratri: Lost 1 KG just like that. Agar aise hi chalta raha to by Navmi I would lose 5 KSs or more. And yes kalse Aaj cravings Kam ho chuki hain aur Bhuk bhi Kam lag Rahi hai.
Khane se door rehne ke liye mein khudko Kaam mein busy kar raha hoon. Learning new things. My Nine day Schedule was given on Day 1 Post, if you want to follow. Abhi der nahi hui.

NAVRATRI ka VRAT Shuru kar kar diya hai aaj se Meine. I have decided to lose some weight. Plan Aisa rahega.
a. Subah lagbhag 10-12 ke Bich kuchh FRUITS aur ek Doodh wali Chai ka Sevan karunga.
b. Sandhya samay par Ann se bani hui kheer ka Sevan karunga.
c. Kisi prakar ke NAMAK ka Sevan nahi karunga.
d. Kisi prakar ka Vivad ya Hinsa nahi karunga.
e. Ho sake to ek baar 5 minutes baith kar ankh band karke apne Swas ko OBSERVE karunga.
