Life got a little heavy for me—mentally, I was going through some things, and on top of that, my anemia got worse. It drained my energy and motivation to do anything, and I found myself feeling really down. But I’ve been focusing on my health and my mindset, and I’m so happy to say I’m feeling so much better now! 💯💪🏻
