Welcome, I ’m LaDonna and I am the creator of Lunabird Yoga and Meditation. I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and my vision for this channel.
When I completed my Yoga Teacher Training, I realized what a gift I received by learning to incorporate, asana- the physical practice of yoga with yang and yin styles, pranayama- breathing exercises, and meditation, especially Yoga Nidra-guided sleep meditations, into a balanced practice that truly transformed my life.
I was ignited with a passion to share this with others.
My hope is that the content I provide serves to help you in finding a way to incorporate yoga and meditation into your daily life, and that it serves to help you find balance and inspiration to bring more yoga into your life, in a variety of ways.
