About QuinnsArte: From Passion to a Bespoke Creative Brand

Hi, Iām Quinal Malara, the artist and founder behind QuinnsArteāa brand born purely out of love for art, a little courage, and a lot of consistency in the journey. Today, QuinnsArte is a full-fledged creative brand and gifting studio, but its roots go back to a time of love for art and one life-changing decision.
Growing up, art was always my happy place.
After school, I enrolled in a B.Com (Hons) program in liberal arts, but I left after my college after first year of studies. It was the hardest decision of my life but my parents stood by me, and that support allowed me to shut the noise of all the people around me who judged my career choices and focus on what actually made sense to me.
When I returned to my hometown, I felt a bit lost and uncertain about my next steps.
In 2019, I randomly started my art page because I had a few paintings which I wanted to put out there. Meanwhile I started preparing for my MBA, gave lots of competitive exams but couldn't clear them. I started seeing myself as a failure, I would be lying if I don't tell you guys that it was the toughest phase of my life, but universe had other plans.
In March 2020, lockdown happened, and we all got stuck in those four walls, and I picked up where I left, I started to paint again. Now I worked not only on presenting the final painting but also on the process that goes behind it, made multiple videos, click so many aesthetic pictures and spent hours curating my feed.
I love experimenting different art mediums, so I tried Fluid Art and absolutely fell in love, and decided to take workshops just for fun. In lockdown I took a lot of online workshops and once the lockdown was over I took one Offline Fluid Art Workshop, and the response was amazing. And I will never forget that day I decided to do my art passionately, professionally, unapologetically.
Slowly, people started resonating with my work, and my community started to grow.
Consistency in posting and engagement helped me build a loyal, growing community that constantly encouraged and motivated me.
Soon, I started receiving inquiries from people who wanted to purchase my artwork. . What started with a few paintings & DIY art became a steady stream of orders. I converted my personal space into a small studio, hired interns, and expanded the product range. Eventually, I moved into a larger studio, built an incredible team, and turned QuinnsArte into a handmade & thoughtful gifting brandāblending artistic content with personalized gift curation.
In 2024, I launched @quinnsgifts, a sister page to QuinnsArte, to focus exclusively on customized and curated gifting solutions. From Cards to Scrapbooks to Personalised Hampers we now create pieces that are not only beautiful but meaningful.
Today, Iām 25 years old, and if thereās one thing Iāve learnedāitās that everything happens for a reason. From quitting college, to failed exams, to starting overāit all led me here. I donāt know what the future holds, but I know Iāll keep creating, exploring, and doing what fills my soul.

Trust the process. Keep going. And never stop believing in yourselfābecause if you donāt, who will?
