I wish to rediscover the forgotten nature of our diet, escape the culture of ruining our health with others who empathize with it, and filter out the irresponsible marketing carried out by the norm of "corporate profit" that is far from customer advantage.
So I want to quit doing things that have harmed my health without my knowledge, and I want to live in an environment where people can readily access better food and ingredients, and sustainable systems are established as the default.
I also want to explain how to produce food that will undoubtedly taste better based on my chef's experience, so that we can reinvigorate our kitchen and reclaim the meaning of cooking.
