👉 EDUCATE: As a physical therapist with more than 20 years of combined teaching and clinical experience, I am passionate about educating people on how to improve balance, posture, and decrease fall risk. It is also my passion to be a great resource to my fellow rehabilitation therapists both locally and foreign-trained.
👉 INSPIRE: Being an overcomer of anxiety and depression, I want to inspire and reach out to those in this difficult journey right now to shed hope and enlightenment. My husband survived brain injuries when he was 9 years old, we plan to make series of videos about his journey from brain injuries to victories.
👉 EMPOWER: With all the knowledge and wisdom that you may acquire from this channel, we pray to empower you that you are more than capable to overcome your circumstances and armed with faith, you are more than a conqueror!
