Truth and love have the same frequency.
You can’t have one without the other. Where there’s real love, truth is present. Where there’s truth, love is always underneath it.
And when you're genuinely seeking truth - life starts to answer back, in forms of information, signs, people you meet.

You'll pick up a book you "randomly" felt called to read.
A video will land in your feed that says exactly what your soul needed to hear.
Someone will say one sentence in passing and it will hit you like lightning.
You’ll start to see patterns that were hidden before.

When you're ready to tune in in the frequency of truth, you start to see it everywhere.

If you're truly ready for healing - not bypassing, not symptom-managing, but real healing - the truth of what you need will show up. It might not look the way you thought. Maybe it’s a plant medicine you've never heard of. Maybe it’s confronting something you've been avoiding. Maybe it’s a stranger who becomes a mirror.

But if you're not ready, you'll keep getting echoes of what you already believe.
More distractions, more clever lies dressed as help, more quick fixes that pull you further from your center.

You see what you're tuned into.

It's just how energy works.
The more you open to truth, the more truth finds you.
And in that, there’s always love.
Because truth isn’t cold, and it isn’t harsh.
It’s not about proving others wrong or being right - it’s about clarity.

If something in your life keeps showing up - pay attention.
If you're seeing the same message over and over, maybe it's not a coincidence.
Maybe it's the truth whispering: “You're ready now.”

Have you ever had something random - like a book, a conversation, or a video - show up right when you needed it, like it was meant just for you?

Did you know?!
You can literally unlock your confidence by learning how to laugh WITH yourself - not AT yourself.

I’m serious. One of the most underrated secrets to confidence isn’t being perfect - it’s being playful about your imperfections.

Let’s say you’re terrified of public speaking.
Instead of trying to fake confidence, try this: Walk on stage and say, "Hi everyone. Just a heads up - if I turn into a human tomato and pass out mid-sentence, please applaud anyway so it looks like part of the act."
Whoosh! Tension gone.
Your audience laughs with you - and suddenly you’re not alone with your fear.

Same for job interviews. You sit down, your heart’s pounding, hands shaking...
Try this: "Before we start, I just want to let you know - my hands are sweating so much, we could water your office plants."
That kind of self-aware humor? Gold. It says: "I’m human. And I’m cool with it."
That confidence is contagious.

Here are 3 more ways to turn awkward into awesome:

First date jitters?
Say: "I’ve already mentally tripped over my words 12 times today preparing for this... So if I accidentally say something weird, just pretend it was a charming riddle."

Video call panic hair?
Hop on Zoom and say: "My hair has logged in separately today and it’s clearly on a Wi-Fi delay."

Trying to dance at a party when you’re not a dancer?
Tell your friends: "I call this move 'The Flailing Spreadsheet.' It has no rhythm, but excellent data management."

The magic here isn’t just in being funny! it’s in being real.
Because confidence isn’t the absence of fear, it’s the ability to carry your fear with humor, honesty, and a wink.

So next time your brain tries to embarrass you... beat it to the punchline. 😉
Own it, and laugh with it. Let others connect to your truth.

Confidence isn’t a performance, it’s a vibe.
And sometimes, the most powerful thing you can say is:
"Yeah, I’m nervous. And I’m here anyway."

Watch a video I made, especially about this! watch video on watch page

We were told that "the inclination of man is evil from their youth."
But… what if that’s a deeply sophisticated lie?

From the moment we were born, we were led to believe that something inside us is defective.
That we’re not truly good.
That we need someone to manage us, to tell us what’s right, to watch over us -
because otherwise, we’ll go crazy, destroy, and harm.

But what if that’s not the truth?
What if they simply engineered a reality to justify that lie?

From a very young age, we’re fed physical, emotional and mental garbage.
Toxins are poured into our bodies and our minds. We’re weakened.
We're raised in conditions of illness, anxiety, disconnection, and survival.
And then, when the system is already broken and distorted, they come and say:
“You see? Humans need to be under control, because they can't manage themselves.”

That’s one of the deepest manipulations there is.
Because when you live your whole life under distortion - you stop recognizing who you truly are.

And yet, beneath all the noise, all the confusion, all the layers of control - there’s still a spark.
There’s still a pure voice that whispers:
“You are good. You don’t need an intermediary or a dictator to know what’s right.”

The world begins to shift the moment you start to question - Not out of hate, but out of curiosity.
You don't need to rebel, but to remember.

To remember your truth.
That you are a free, living, feeling being - and that being taught otherwise was a calculated act of control.

There’s something most people have to understand, because when they don’t understand - they blame.
And when they blame, they miss the root of the problem.

If someone uses money to hurt, deceive, or bribe - the problem isn’t the money.
The problem is the PERSON who used it that way.
Money has no morality. It only amplifies who you truly are.

If a person riding a bicycle gets hurt on the road - the problem isn’t the bicycle, or the motorcycle,
or the car that hit them.
The problem lies in the driving culture, in behavior, in the lack of awareness.
So why do we immediately target the vehicle, instead of looking at who is using it?

Same with weapons.
A gun, a knife - they’re just objects, they’re not evil.
Evil comes from the intent behind them, and the hands that hold them.

But people don’t like taking responsibility. So they prefer blaming the object.
“If we ban it - the problem will go away.” But it doesn’t work like that.

The object was never the problem. The problem is the action - and the consciousness behind the action.

We’ll never see the full picture or solve anything at its root if we keep fighting objects and projecting blame onto things, instead of facing ourselves and owning what we’ve done.

It’s more comfortable to stay in a loop of blaming lifeless objects, than to look in the mirror.

Taking responsibility is uncomfortable. No one wants to feel shame, guilt, or admit they made a mistake...

But the way I see it, people who say things like "ban all scooters," "outlaw weapons", "money is evil" - deep down, they struggle with personal accountability.
Only a person who knows how to take responsibility can see through the blame game and stop projecting onto objects and other people what actually belongs to their own actions.

Ugh...
Another comedy show, another reality program, another distraction... Eurovision, Big Brother, meaningless Talk Shows… I’m honestly tired of it all.
It feels like every time we come closer to the truth - they throw fireworks, songs, competitions, and TV dramas at us.
Anything to keep us from pausing, from looking inward, from feeling.

They know exactly what happens when a large group of people - or an entire nation - starts focusing on what truly matters.
When we turn our attention inward, when we begin asking the questions we’re told not to ask, when we stop chasing cheap dopamine hits and start listening to what’s really happening in our hearts.

They’re not afraid of individuals - they’re afraid of the collective.
We live in constant noise just to avoid the silence, because in silence - there is truth.
And in truth, there is pain. And in pain… there is awakening.

Awakening is scary.
It tells you that everything you’ve built your life on might not actually be yours, that your opinions were implanted, that your dreams were marketed to you, and that the emptiness you feel at night isn’t just a “chemical imbalance” - it’s your soul screaming that you’re not truly alive.

So instead of listening to ourselves, we turn on the TV.
That’s how we were taught to survive.
We were taught that pain is dangerous, that silence is a waste of time, and that if we’re not constantly “in the loop,” we’ll be left behind.

All this entertainment is just a wall - a wall protecting us from the most important meeting we’ll ever have:
The one with ourselves.
