Well, gotta make some tweaks to my annual credit card award show video to get approved with YouTube. Not ideal and will delay the upload until til tomorrow. Apparently some of the content in my monologue was a little too much for the powers that be. Iām appealing and trying to keep in what I wanted to say, but if not, Iāll have the slightly edited version up tomorrow. Either way, look out for a Tuesday premier.

Happy 40th Birthday to Kayla! She is bringing in 40 with a bang with a business class flight on Air France for the 4 of us! Itās only a 7.5 hour flight (JFK-CDG), but you only turn 40 once.
How did we book this? We definitely didnāt pay the $4,000 EACH for a one way flight. š± We transferred Amex Membership Rewards to Flying Blue for 52,000 ish points + $190 each. 206,000 points + $760 sounds much better, right?!
Our kids think they are the coolest kids on the planet right now. Weāre definitely all spoiled. Theyāll be in shock when we turn right for economy next month on Iberia for our Mediterranean Disney cruise. š¤£
Good thing we know how to earn and burn points. Weāll be flying in style again in the future. š

By the way, posting this from the Disney Wonder cruise ship. Had the chance to check out probably the nicest Delta Sky Club Iāve stepped foot in on the way and had a great experience at the Gameway lounge. Most importantly my kids had the opportunity to meet the real Santa Clause on board. Of course our flights were covered with points. All in all, a pretty solid trip.

Hey everyone! I am traveling from NYC today and wonāt have the Weekly News Update out in time for this evening. Iāll have it up as soon as I can tomorrow morning. I have been traveling with my mom and Kayla for my moms first trip to NYC. I didnāt want to take time away from this memorable trip to edit so please understand the delay. We have had a blast! Heading to NYC for a long weekend! Points and miles are giving us the ability to take my mom to see Hamilton and enjoy the tourist sites in NYC as her Christmas present. This is my momās first airport lounge and first time visiting the Big Apple. Flights on American Airlines were free by transferring Membership Rewards to British Airways. Our 3 night stay at the Thompson Central Park is free by transferring Chase Ultimate Rewards to Hyatt. Look forward to a property review in the coming weeks! #worldofhyatt #nyc

Holiday travel tip #377: When you buy cologne at a duty free store and then try to carry it on in your backpack, make sure itās not in the shape of a grenade. Apparently TSA frowns upon that.
