As I'm going through police bootcamp, I came to realize how fitness is REALLY important.

Yeah sure, you can lift weights and call it a day. But that ain't true when you are in service.

You've got to be ready to foot chase bad guys, arrest them or pull a heavy person out of wrecked car and still be able to answer your next call. The community is counting on you.

On a daily level, being fit keeps you awake, proud, confident in the decisions you make and able to endure great PAIN or UNCOMFORTABLENESS for extended period of times.

Be fit.

Train hard.

You'll never know when you'll need to be physically strong untill... The situation demands it.

Never peak, the best is yet to come

So today I've tested my maximum number of pull ups with a coach that checked me. Turns out I can do 24 in a row 🙌

Happy with the results, but I could do better. My supervised PR was 26 pull ups. Frim there, I think as a life goal, I should aim for 30 pull ups in a row with strict form 📈

How many strict pull ups can you guys do?

Do you consider swimming as a valuable cardio builder?

I just swam today and damn I was toasted afterwards even though I stayed zone 2. I believe there's a huge gains potential in this activity that I didn't tap into yet. DW I'm still really bad, but dedicated to get better.

As you might all already know, I'm currently undergoing intense police training for 6 months far away from home. Therefore the channel will slow down.
