Quick history of how the Raccoon Saloon started. The house was owned by a group of hunters from out of state. They came about twice a year and used house as a hunting lodge. As they aged they stopped coming. House was abandoned. Since he lived close by Mike had always watched after the property. He had installed security cams to help keep a better eye on the place. When viewing cams during a harsh winter he noticed several raccoons were snowed in with no food. He went up and left some food and the rest is history! He later purchased the property and the Raccoon Saloon was born!!

Snugs got released to the wild today with 17 friends. This is him and some friends. He was very happy!

Several raccoons have taken over an abandoned house and get fed in different rooms when needed.
