One of the reasons why discrimination issues in the workplace continue is because there are no significant penalties for employers who discriminate.

Strong and effective penalties are necessary to deter unscrupulous employers from violating workers’ rights and protections.

To achieve equal rights at work, discrimination needs to come with a high cost.

Support the Equal Remedies Act of 2024. When workers win employment discrimination cases, we want them to actually win the jury's full award.
