I don't know who needs to hear this right now, but it's going to be alright. I know right now it might seem that the thing (or things if multiple) that is/are impacting you might never go away, that this anxiety and this depression you're feeling, wave after wave, is neverending. But it isn't. You will get through this, and you will come out the other end all the better for it.
Whenever we get lost in the dark, it helps to find a guiding source of light to see us through. Find a happy thought, a moment, a memory, where you were truly happy. Not necessarily because of something someone else did, but something YOU did. Something YOU accomplished that made you feel great and happy. Take that thought, that moment, and hold onto it. Let it be the light you need to see you through this darkness.
Remember, we are all struggling and going through things; you're not alone. We're here for each other. Keep going, because there will come a day when you'll get to form even more happy memories or accomplishments to add to your light. If you can, lean on friends, or family, or look into therapy. We're not meant to keep these things bottled up.
