Welcome to BMF. I'm a Civil Engineer by profession who had started lifting weights since the age of 16. Ever since then i was reading a lot about exercise & eating healthy but never was consistent enough to maintain it in a long run. During these 8 years I'd failed a lot of time experimenting various way to stay healthy. However, with no luck I'd put on a lot of weight during these 8 years reaching 106kg which was a lot for a 168cm tall guy.
Year 2021 was a revolutionary year for me in which I lost 40kg. From 106kg to 66kg by applying all my lessons learned from my 8 years of failures.
So, I'd like to share with you guys all of my lessons which I've learned from my failures.
