Real estate because as a licensed environmental planner, real estate consultant, appraiser and broker in the last twenty (20) years, i accummulated a wealth of knowledge which as a professional expert in these fields i can share readily online at my own pace.
I am also a farmer and breeder of various bamboos which i collected and propagated for more than twenty (20) years.
In between professional work and business commitments, i provide free legal advice and render opinions on public issues live over Bombo Radyo Gensan.
My passion is long distance driving which i would like to share my travel experiences as well.
Significantly, I uploaded my real estate lectures to provide p real estate education and literacy, and to provide reviews for graduates of the Bachelor of Science In Real Estate Management (BSREM) program in preparation for the brokers' and appraisers' board exams.
