The Building Better Humans Project is a linking of Fitness, Mindset and Adventure.
In the past years this channel was used to show my first gym business - Fighting Fit Australia. Then it was used to showcase Adventure Professionals which is my main business, a business which takes people on amazing, life-changing adventures around the world.
Now this has morphed into the Building Better Humans Project which has been the name of my podcast started in 2016.
