Hi Lovelies! Thank you for so many messages asking me to start posting videos again!!I
t's been so very long and I've missed you all so I thought I'd let you know what I've been up to!
I've finished a BA degree n psychology!
I'm halfway through a Master's degree in Psychotherapy!
(The reason for this was because was back in 2019, I realised that working with students with fertility issues, I need a more concrete grounding in mental health therapy in order to help you better).
I started a new business HerMind Therapy - you can find me on instagram.
This has meant that I haven't posted a video for over a year as I've been so busy!!!
In this time,I've had lots of students letting me know that a few Youtube channels have popped up using YogaYin fertility sequences - even sexy cat!!! And do you know why? It's because it works. But you also need to know why it works to teach it properly :)
So if you'd like me to start posting yoga videos again for fertility, pregnancy and postnatal let me know down below.

Hi Lovelies, as most of you already know, I finished up for the year last Sunday. I will be away till February 2023, and programs will available late Feb/March. I want to wish you all a Merry Christmas; Happy Hanukkah; blessed kwanzaa or just a wonderful season's break.
Thank you to all the women who shared their brilliant baby news this year, who posted messages of gratitude and who followed the Yogayin videos and programs.
I hope the holiday season brings you your most treasured wish!!!

Hi Lovelies, it's almost the end of the year! That went incredibly fast.
I know that for a lot of my students it's been the year that has brought you your dearest wish and I am so happy to have played a part in your pregnancy - truly honoured!!! (you can read about their inspiring journeys and testimonials on my insta and facebook accounts).

Do be quick however, as i will only be accepting programs for the next three weeks, after that I'll be taking a well deserved break till mid Feb 2023. Hi lovelies! Well it's 10 months since I last posted a video and I've missed you all so much! I've been very busy working on my psychology degree so that i can help people's mental, as well as physical, health. As you know fertility issues can be incredibly stressful!
I wanted to share with you an interview I filmed in September on a Television show. I was asked to talk about Endometriosis and Adenomyosis, Yoga and natural medicine and how it can help, where Western medicine fails. Particularly focusing on my journey. I hope you enjoy! This is a message from another student I worked with one on one - she, like many of you, had a lot of issues to overcome but she was incredibly dedicated and as you can see it was all worthwhile! xxx

There are Yoga Teachers online who are not qualified - Yoga which is not practised properly can be harmful (cause miscarriage & injury). Make sure you check the teacher's qualifications.
