As I sit at the bedside of a dearly beloved who is yet again facing their own mortality, it is interesting to see all the potential bubbles of reality of a future not yet set, dancing in their field.
Recently I have come to look a little deeper at what I call the three Cās - the need for clarity and then our choices which are made from this and then the consequences of that choice.
It is so easy to look at another personās life and say āif it was me I would do thisā but itās them and itās their life and only they can decide what is right for them.
Some people cling to their mortality wanting to stay so much longer in this world, a world that they have come to love and yet perhaps they have so much time behind them and are now in the Body that only has capacity for perhaps a few more years. Some wonder āhow did I get so quickly to this age and stage of my lifeā as many 80 years olds say that they only feel 18!
Regardless of our lifestyle, our diets, our exercise programs and even our attitudes, when it is the end of our contract time the one that gives us life, our Essence, will extract from our form on Earth.
And yes we can code that this extraction happens in the perfect way and time for us and in a way that is for our highest good, and even the highest good of this world.
Some people see the sense of this coding and having such a clear intention, while others refuse to even acknowledge an upcoming potential such as this, and so the consequences are that everyone in that personās life, tends to go more then into that poignant state of our now moment awareness, just loving and appreciating a beloved one as much as they can, for as long as they may have this one.
I have loved the channel called āComing Homeā on YouTube where there are in-depth interviews with people who have had near death experiences, that have happened for so many reasons, often just to prompt them to shift a little in their life trajectory and to maybe also realise the vastness of their multidimensional nature. Many then go on to make massive lifestyle changes but they all talk about our extraction from form into a field of the purest unconditional love, where they finally feel as if they are home and also how easy it is to let go and extract from form - how this is so much easier than the process of being Born or the process of existing in this dense world.
And so here, now, yet another person that I adore stands before the threshold of choice with the path before them not yet clear, and all I can do is love and support them, be kind and compassionate while also honouring the choice that will eventually be made.
We always wish to think that those we love, live somewhere in this world, if they canāt be in our presence ā¦ and yet when they do drop form a part of us may also grieve due the fact that we can no longer hold them in our arms ā¦ and yet we can sit (as I have often done) and go deep into meditation and open our heart to think of this one and feel the love we have for them and allow it to flow wave-like out through our heart chakra door. This love then strengthens a bridge of connectivity where we are able to meet one another again.
And so the loss of physical form can never separate us at all š

If their culture has not given them all the tools they need to pursue this great quest, let us temper our criticism with kindness.

Still I always held the vision of a world that is open hearted and open minded enough to explore ideas and ways of being that can benefit the whole, especially as Source Feeding is a wonderful way to use free energy to eliminate ALL human hungers once applied safely.
The fact that a by-product of tapping more into this free energy tends to eliminate āphysical foodā hunger is unusual only because it is not part of mainstream western education - yet ā¦
Still I am eternally grateful for the wonderful people I have met who have been so open hearted and open of mind, who then successfully have explored this themselves š
Yes I have lived the most unusual life, like so many of you, and yes every challenge delivers so many gifts to add to the richness of our existence!

Dreams and the Gaia field - Jasmuheen

As I sit in the morning sun, meditating, expanding my awareness into the surrounding fields, I tune into the vortices that surround me of sacred Aboriginal land. Australia, with our migration immigrant population, has added such a small frequency into the land compared to the ancient civilization of our First Nations people, that has been here living in harmony for so long. A sensitive can feel these frequencies just as I can.
In the silent stillness, memories flow in of being a teenage girl driving through the village and looking at the distant ocean and seeing the red dirt, then feeling the specialness of what was pulsing here. Vowing to myself, one day I will live there, many years passed and I found myself living in different village some 40 minutes away, when a loud clear voice one day just said, "it is time to move", and named this village.
I didn't want to go. I couldn't understand why as I was so happy there. I had friends, I had routines, I loved everything about my life exactly how it was, but the voice insisted, "it is time to move", and named the village again. Finally listening, I began a new chapter in my life in a different frequency field, that blended mountain chi, tree chi, air chi, and ocean chi together, which was so different to living five minutes away from a beach.
To be in a high chi field is such a simple, fine-tuning method, to spend daily time in silence in that field for the electromagnetic frequency of the Gaia field is so large, so powerful, and so recalibrating, as we know from the movie The Grounded, and the research that has been done there.
Such a simple thing, and yet the point of this sharing today is just to say, dreams come true. Desires and wishes can come true. Listening to our inner guidance is a wonderful life-changer but sometimes we forget, and sometimes we resist, and sometimes dreams are put on hold because it's not the right time for them to be made manifest.
And so I sit in the sun, letting these words go again, to go deeper into the silent stillness, grateful for the trees and the chi that they transmit, grateful to feel the power of Mother Mountain, and to feel what's pulsing in the sacred land, a frequency that was deposited for so many thousands and thousands of years by our incredible First Nations people.
I remember when I first went to the village of Assisi, and the surrounding natural fields, where the peace was so pure and so deep, and I knew it came from the work of St. Francis and his men and how they lived in the forests, and yet I was amazed to feel that the residue of all the energies that they transmitted still to be felt there. Australia is an ancient land, its culture so ancient, its transmission so powerful - from the crystalline structure in the center of the country, right out through the country itself, and across the world - joining the pulsations of all the wisdom held by other First Nations people, who knew and know how to live in harmony with each other and the Gaia field.

I have spent the last few years downsizing slowly, eliminating around 60% of my possessions from my life; now living in a small ashram of my own creation on the side of a mountain close to the beach.
Within it, I have been painting portals that have been activated to operate as dimensional doors to place on my walls in strategic places and everything within this space is highly charged with energy and meaning ā¦
there is a great joy in simplifying life ā¦ instead of having a large garden that once was home to so much wildlife - including python snakes plus a family of kangaroos - to now have a small garden that I have begun to carefully fine tune with crystals, flowers and plants and a place to sit in the sun, this too has all been a simple joy.
As many now know sunbathing and consciously absorbing the influx of energy that is coming in from the universal and galactic core and through the portal of our own sun - is invigorating as these solar influxes are having a huge impact on our immune system and mitochondria as well ā¦
For me to bathe in the chi fields of mother nature via regular long walks with my bare feet absorbing her electromagnetic frequencies directly, and just being exposed to that particular mix of ionic particles, all of this is so rejuvenating on so many levels due to the power of the Gaia field.
I know that so many of us are also being guided to go deeper and deeper into now moment awareness to open more to experience the purer levels of unity consciousness within ourselves and to open more to see this in each other and in our world and this too is a blessing ā¦
Yes, it is a challenging time for many that is true and yet we are blessed with the breath.
We are blessed with choice. We are blessed with discernment.
We are blessed with being able to experiment to see how thoughts affect our feelings and how these affect our physical body and our health in general ā¦
We are blessed with the ability to play with both internal and external energy fields and thus finetune our experience of life in this world.
As I come into a time of completion of nearly 7 decades in this body I have learnt to focus on all the things that truly are blessings, only to find that they are the simplest things in life, hugging those we love, enjoying a coffee catchup with a friend, being able to surrender into deeper and deeper levels of silent stillness, walking through nature in silence, listening to the endless influx of incredible music thatās being released through the world by musicians who are tuning more and more to their own multidimensional nature, being open to see the good in all or as some would say the God in all, is another blessing as well ..
Doing work that feels meaningful and spending that precious commodity of time in nourishing ways ā¦
for as we know we are constantly drawing from the unified field of infinite potential that which we focus upon. š

As I continue to do the final edits on my Ascension Dynamics book - which will be my final book - it is wonderful to go through some of my social media channels to enjoy all the wisdom that I find where so many people are adding their upbeat inspirational data and insights that fill us with joy and hope š„°
And then to post this on my Facebook pages so that these pages can be a testimony of all the wonderful inspiring things that are happening in our world š
We donāt always need to post original content. Sometimes we can just host and share the brilliance that other people are bringing into the world and for the first time in my life I can relax knowing that there is so much brilliance everywhere, when we look, when we open, when we tune to the channels that provide so much hope and inspiration, that trigger those feel good hormones and allow us feel so happy and grateful to be in form on Earth. š
All of this is wonderful to recognise - for the alternative is of course that we can look at what mainstream media is posting, information that can often be mesmerising for the drama it contains, a view that trigger us into that state of emotional destabilisation šµāš«and yet here again the ancient wisdom comes in to basically say just relax.
Be with your breath, be here now, there is so much that each now moment contains, from the cat that is sitting on my lap as I write these words, purring and transmitting endless love into my fields š» to the sun that is shining on this winter day as I look out my mountain top home windows and see the ocean beyond, the pale imprint of the moon nearly full still in the sky, the birds that fly by singing ā¦ The stories of the village people who live beside me, who show so much care and creativity in so many ways each day ā¦ all of this is in this here now space that fills my heart with gratitude š
Life on earth can be mesmerising in its bliss and itās joy and itās gratitude and itās peace, a life that is drama free if we want it to be, a life that is nourishing on so many levels when we look for the brilliance that it contains ā¦
We can love, we can dance, we can walk through life with an attitude of gratitude for all the magic and miracles that are here when we open to see, sense and feel this as well - smiles ā¦ wishing you all an incredible day!
