I got to see her! CPR 2816 was tied down in Heavener, Oklahoma on 06/24/24. Me and one of my friends drove to Heavener after I got off work, and holy hell, that was worth the three hour drive!

Hey, y’all! Railfur98 here, and I’m happy to announce that I bought myself a new camcorder! This is the Vivitar DVR5K, and I’m putting it to the test for Railfan Day 01/28/24. I’ll still use my previous camera (a deactivated iPhone SE 2020) for the compilation videos. Lets see how it does!

Hey y’all. Railfur98 here, and unfortunately, I’ve been becoming extremely stressed out. I will not go into detail about it. Because of that, I will be taking a hiatus from railfanning until further notice. I just need to take time to get myself back on track (not in the mood for puns). As of right now, I won’t be able to railfan for some time. I went to help do tanker operations during a major grass fire on Friday afternoon to early Saturday morning. During that time, I received some big rub rashes on my calves from my wildland pants absorbing sweat while rubbing the inside of my structure boots (I had my bunker pants and boots on at the time). In the meantime, I’m letting my legs heal. Hope y’all understand. Railfur98, out.
