He is an acclaimed composer of numerous hits performed by great Greek popular singers. He is especially known for his elite status as a multi- instrumentalist and master of the bouzouki and for his participation in multiple Greek music recordings, collaborations and first ever launches of songs and albums.
He created the bouzouki music ensemble “Oi Epomenoi – The Next Generation’’ to fulfil a lifelong need to transmit his love for traditional musical instruments to the younger generations and to bring together those who truly appreciate the power of Greek popular music. Highlights in the group's history include their collaboration with Paco Peña and Dulce Pontes in Herod of Atticus Amphitheatre in Athens (2009) and their magnificent performance during the opening ceremony of the Athens 2004 Olympic Games, which won worldwide critical acclaim.
