Thanks to your support I now have the community feature available on YouTube. This is a great way to interact outside of the videos. Here is a glimpse of our front porch. I love the rough sawn posts that will be for the hand rails. The porch will have the same size posts holding up the roof as well.

Sometimes we just need to see someone else do it. YouTube has helped me a lot by watching others and learning from them. My aim is to contribute in a similar fashion to your life as we build our homestead on my great grandparents farm land in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains.
