I created this channel back in 2006 to share some custom Star Trek music videos I had created in VHS format in the 1990s using 2 VCRs. I later created new versions of 2 of them using DVDs and iMovieHD. I also then created another one as a tribute to DeForrest Kelley.
I've been absent from this channel for the past 10 years or so, and finally got back into it. One day, perhaps I'll create another music video, but in the meantime, I've been inspired to create some retro Star Trek trailers, to help keep my editing skills honed.
I was disappointed that they never remastered the episode trailers along with the episodes when they remastered The Original Series a while back. So, after seeing some other modern trailers for old movies here on YouTube, I thought, 'why not make some new trailers for all the old Star Trek episodes. So, that's what I'm doing now. Currently editing on Final Cut Pro X.
