🌻🌻Here is the answer 🌻🌻

Closed Univ. & Colleges- The BGV doesn't fail in such cases, the BGV teams will reach the registered authorities under which the college/Univ. were registered or affiliated.
And from there verification can be done, records are never lost with closed Univ. or colleges.
They do exits, its just that BGV takes little longer than expected and you might be asked to cooperate in providing the information whatever you can.

But yes, if for whatever reason the authorities says that your record doesn't exits, then it will be a problem, so make sure you give correct information and in as much detail as possible.

🌻🌻Here is the answer 🌻🌻

Magic Trick- Obv. its a struggle to put random keywords in your profile, but what you can do is put all those keywords in the FOOTER of the resume in "White Font", that way no human will be able to see those keywords and resume will look neat but AI tool/systems can very well read all those, so there is a very high chance that your resume will rank in top list.

🌻🌻Here is the answer 🌻🌻

It's very common for companies to give experience letter post Full & Final settlements and yes many companies(specially MNCs) take 60-90 days to process F&F.

Most HRs are aware about this, you can just inform the future company HR that you will get the letters post 60/90 days, its very understandable, you can join the company in such cases and submit the letter when you get it, its totally acceptable.

In most cases candidates submit an email from HR(old company), which says, the letter will be provided after 30/60/90 days.

Such hiring, happens solely because of two reasons:

1. The company is in a hurry to hire someone, the project and the deliverables are getting impacted, the timelines have been promised to the client, so the company must onboard a candidate soon... In such cases if the candidate is good enough, company do not try to wait for a "stable profile".

2. The candidate is so good in his skills that every other thing(stability, salary, notice) becomes irrelevant.

Though reason-2 is not rare, but reason-1 happens more often than we think.
