Mindfulness is all the rage lately, but for good reason. If you're struggling on breaking through your weight loss journey, constantly getting somewhere but then regressing back, I'd recommend looking into mindfulness training. It will help you identify the triggers that are causing you to perform the habits that are keeping you from your goals.

Just in case you missed my latest video I wanted to share some cool news! Over the last few months I've been trying to think of ways for us all to better connect and share our experiences with running, weight loss and personal growth. Having a sense of community was something I didn't have when I first started on my weight loss/running journey that would have made things much easier. Having people to connect with going through similar experiences, or to share your wins with, or ask questions/for advice to is very valuable. The best way I could think of right now is to start a discord server! We already have a great group going and the conversations have not only been very helpful, but extremely inspiring.

For shoe reviews I've been trying to make the videos quite condensed, no longer than 7 minutes. Do you like the length of the videos? There are pros and cons, I can't go as in depth (detailed shoe specs, etc), but I am able to get the important information to you folks in the quickest amount of time.
Would you rather me make the videos longer? Or do you like the shorter videos?
