Best "年越し蕎麦 Toshikoshi Soba(New Year's Eve Soba)" Recipe!

In Japan from old days, there is a custom to eat soba noodles at the end of the year.
Because soba noodles are easier to cut than other types of noodles, the term "Toshikosi Soba" has the meaning of "cutting off the misfortune of this year."
