Connecticut Mental Health Center (CMHC) is a community mental health center specializing in recovery-oriented clinical care, research, and education. Founded in 1966, CMHC is a partnership of the State of Connecticut Department of Mental Health & Addiction Services and the Yale University Department of Psychiatry.
The Connecticut Mental Health Center Foundation is a private non-profit supporting organization for the publicly funded Connecticut Mental Health Center. Since 1993, the Foundation has been securing and managing charitable resources to improve the well being of those served by CMHC, helping CMHC achieve excellence and extend its impact in the community.
