Nope, it's about the President of Russia, and his intelligence service. This is what the confidential source for said 'probe', Mr. Smirnov, acknowledged on the record, in court - that he was in close contact with Russian intelligence as recently as last November. He's been working for them. Who else has been essentially doing the same thing?
