Imagine hearing the Bible stories for the very first time! 📖❤️
Since I was young, these words of Paul have always pressed on my heart:
“How will they believe if they have not heard? And how will they hear if no one tells them?” (Romans 10:14)
We must urgently reach the “unlucky ones” who were not born in a place where it’s easy to get a Bible—where you can just open your phone and read.
99% of people around the world can know the truth if they want to… the Bible is accessible to most.
But what will happen to those who cannot find it, even if they wanted to?
One of the most effective ways the Lord has provided for us to reach these unreached tribes is by giving each one not only a Bible (when there is at least one member who can read French), but also a solar-powered MP3 player filled with the Word of God we translated in their language. (Aka in the CAR 🇨🇫 and Baka in Cameroon 🇨🇲 )
The impact has been incredible. Hearing these stories for the first time stories we are accustomed to, leaves them in awe. One that surprises them the most is Jesus’ teaching to “turn the other cheek.” It’s completely new to them and Holy.
One of their favorite stories is learning that Jesus, who came first as a servant to die for sinners, will return as a reigning King to judge the living and the dead and welcome into His Kingdom those who hold on to the faith and keep His commandments.
These MP3 players are reaching places we physically can’t. And through them, many more have come to know the Lord.
So far, 45 solar-powered MP3 players have been distributed, sharing the Word of God in audio for the very first time with thousands of Baka people deep in the jungle. While we’re currently in the city, we’re finishing the preparation of 23 more to be added soon. 🔊
It’s a powerful reminder of the verse: “How will they believe if they have not heard? And how will they hear if no one tells them?” Letter of Paul to the Romans 10:14

“You will regret what you have done. I will spend the night at the cemetery and call my ancestors.” 🪦
As we made our way to different tribes in the jungle, five different chiefs showed up in just three days to interrupt our meetings.
In one particular village, as we were preparing to baptize the many who had chosen to follow Jesus, a local Bantu chief refused to shake our hands. He claimed that all the Baka people (Pygmies) belonged to him, which caused an uproar among them.💢
I told everyone to stay calm and to choose to forgive him, as we are used to this kind of opposition from the Devil.
After we prayed together, he suddenly allowed us to continue our way to the river. We went forward with joy, and many were set free from evil and washed from their sins.🌊🕊️
On our way back, the same chief, now drunk, stood in our way again, demanding money. When we told him we had nothing to give, he cursed us, saying everything we had done was “null and without effect” and that he would spend the night in the cemetery, calling on his ancestors to avenge him.
We forgave him and prayed for God to save him, knowing he didn’t understand what he was doing or who he was serving.
Thousands are hearing the gospel and choosing to follow Jesus, but it doesn’t come without harsh resistance!
This actually encouraged us! 🔥
we are now continuing forward to reach more tribes in the weeks to come!

We made it back into the jungle, where we reunited with brothers and disciples! ❤️🙏🇨🇲
Revisiting some tribes were many gave their lives to the Lord we were thrilled to hear how they had been doing since we last saw them.
They shared with us incredible testimonies of how the Lord spoke to them, provided for them, and helped them resist the temptations of the Devil.
These testimonies brought tears to my eyes and we still need to write them all down!
They told us how, after the parents' baptism, many children in the tribe began to manifest evil spirits and vommitted all sorts of witchcraft when they prayed for them. They witnessed that when the Lord entered their lives, the Devil had to flee!
One chief shared a story about how he was near a road one day when a motorbike driver accidentally dropped some spaghetti boxes on the ground. Some of his friends told him, "Look how God has blessed you!" But the chief replied, "No! This is not a blessing it is theft!" He then took the spaghetti boxes and walked a long distance to return them to their owner.
Others shared dreams in which God spoke to them, revealing hidden things and encouraging them to stay on the narrow path.
One disciple was excited to introduce us to his son, whom he had named Jean-Baptiste after our son.
We are still early in this journey, and already, hundreds have chosen to follow the Lord and washed their sins in baptism! We are now continuing to reach new tribes and revisit tribes we had already reached to encourage them.
Praise the Lord for His Harvest is great and the unreached are coming to Him! 🙏❤️

We celebrated one year since the Lord brought our son back to life... time flies but our thankfulness to the Lord

Sometimes, we don’t realize just how thankful we should be.
Experiencing firsthand the devastation left by storm Helene and seeing how families lost everything to nature’s overwhelming power was heartbreaking and humbling.
We had the privilege to help some families recover some of their belongings, small pieces of their lives, and in doing so, was reminded of the simple things we so often take for granted...
“When you pass through the waters, I will be with you;
and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you.
When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned;
the flames will not set you ablaze.”

From Massacre to Mass conversions! ⛓️💥🇧🇷
In 2017, a great rebellion occurred in COMPAJ, a prison in the Amazon, where one gang massacred the entire rival gang, decapitating 12 inside the prison.
The entire country was shocked by this horror, but sadly in a country where 120 million people "confess Jesus Christ as their Lord, 7 years later no church or believer visited the prison to preach repentance or organize baptisms, despite everyone knowing about the rebellion…
Which reminds us what the warning from the Lord in Matthew 25:43 “ I was sick and in prison and you did not visit Me… 44 And they too will reply, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and did not minister to You? Then the King will answer, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for Me. And they will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life. ”
Thankfully, the Lord opened the door for us to visit this prison five times and many other ones, preaching repentance to the inmates and organizing baptisms for the first time in the prison's history.
Hundreds heard the message, and many decided to repent, leave their gangs at the risk of their own lives, and follow the Lord in the waters of baptism. On the day they were baptised all of them were singing and praising the Lord with such passion it was like the prison was shaking!
Some told me they promised the Lord that when they would leave the prisons (some not earlier than 2038) they would get baptised and turn their life around, they were in tears realizing the Lord answered their prayers and brought to them! 🌊🕊️
One year later, we visited the inmates that were baptised, met with them, and rejoiced together, hearing their powerful testimonies. They shared an amazing story about an inmate who committed suicide one night but early in the morning when they saw his body they layed his body on the ground and started to pray for him as they did this he reportedly came back to life! I also shared with them about the similar story that happened with my son which encouraged them greatly!
We are continuing to visit prisons, going to all six of them, as the Amazon Penitentiary Administration has welcomed us to do so.
The Amazon prisons are surrounded by jungle, a bit like Siberia in Russia it’s unlikely for them to escape.
We thank the Lord for those who did escape their sins to now walk a new life in Christ receiving the forgiveness of their sins!
Most prisoners are not the blood thirsty people we imagine them to be… most of them unfortunately at a young age had parents, uncles, cousins who pushed them into drugs crimes and Gangs to make a living.
These are the people that truly hunger and thirst for righteousness 🙌❤️
“Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, For they shall be filled.” Matthew 5:6

This little boy has never seen a white baby before!
The testimony of Johnny drowning and coming back to life has really touched all the tribes we have went to!
Because of their hard conditions of life and extreme poverty Pygmies know what it means to lose a child…
So to hear our story of faith and resurrection gave them hope to believe in Jesus who we preach about. 🙌
